I am still waiting for that picture of me cheating while stuffing my face with popcorn. WHERE is it??!!?!

I did INDEED cheat on Saturday night. 7 glasses of champagne and 5 cosmopolitans is not on the diet. HOWEVER, alcohol is widely advertised as being carb free. While under the influence I ate 2 peices of birthday cake and several handfuls of popcorn. Then I ate a donair. THEN, during the night, I raided coyote's fridge and ate a pizza pop. THEN, the next morning I had eggs benedict, THEN I ate a bowl of pasta when I got home. SO I went on a carb binge BUT the only thing that had sugar was the cake and booze so I was not THAT bad. In the past, I found that eating sugarless carbs such as pasta, corn and rice allowed me to maintain, but not lose. It is sugar that is evil.

So yesterday I was back on the meat and salad. I ate a stirfry of steak and peppers. I also Had some cheese. It was an extremely low carb day to make up for my lost weekend.

TODAY I had some cheese and salami for breakfast. Dinner was porkroast and salad. The salad had boston lettuce, spring mix, pine nuts and celery with thousand Island dressing. I also had half an onion. It was another very low carb day.

It is strange how I can be so satisfied on such a small amount of food. However, if I was eating carbs I would be eating and eating and eating and eating. Also, my irritable bowel does not do well on pasta and bread. I do not think I am able to suck the nutrients out of those items.

I think I hurt my knee during that toilet paper unrolling game. It has been quite sore for a few days.

Day 2: still on track

I rolled out of bed at 11:30 and did not feel hungry. That is a change. I usually wake up ravenous.

I had a cup of salad with a can of tuna and some of that blue cheese dressing again. Because I was heading to wolfville, I downed a mug of the protein drink. I expected to be good for the day and I wass right.

I rolled into the driveway at 6:11 and needed a snack so I had about an ounce of chedder. It hit the spot. I also made some tea with a bit of cream because it has ZERO carbs and is therefore allowed and a pinch of stevia because sugar is NOT allowed. No refined sugar is allowed ever again. The stuff is like crack...once you start you can't stop....ever.

In the oven I have some delicious chicken breasts that were on sale at superstore. I planned to but that beer and chipotle bbq sauce on them and then stopped in my tracks because that shit is liquid sugar. So instead I put the Cavendar's greek spice on it. I love that stuff. With the chicken will be some coleslaw with REAL MAYONAISE, which is allowed and some green beans. Man if I was on weightwatchers I would get no chicken, some dry coleslaw, the beans and 1/4 cup of potato. I would be hungry for the rest of the night.

I can already feel my jeans getting looser.

activity? I walked up the hill to class. Sweating is bad! It ages you!
